A Poor Tavern Story
Bedtime stories don't have to just be for the little ones; pull up a barstool and listen to the old man's tale, and you might just learn a thing or two. You can read the story in its original form (under the name 'Just A Bad Tavern Story') on my website, Chronical, under the Prose tab.

I liked this story! It had the perfect amount of detail to get the tale across, and the tale also sounded more or less how I'd expect a curmudgeon to tell it.
